With a distinguished career in collegiate tennis, Erica has coached at prestigious institutions and served in leadership roles for USTA Player Development and the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. She is also a wife and mom to two boys, Miles and Caleb.

Lauren Spencer
Lauren Spencer is the Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance at Baylor University. She is Auburn University's most successful women's tennis coach, with over 150 wins and multiple accolades. Lauren has a proven track record in fundraising and facility management. She is a wife and mom to three boys, balancing her demanding career with family life.
